CREATING (AND LEARNING FROM) TEACHABLE MOMENTS                                 Fog-032

There are moments in my classroom, in talking with others,  that have informed my classroom and teaching practices more than professional development, inservice trainings, conferences or speakers. These moments are unplanned, unscripted … unexpected, even… but with time I came to treasure them. For what they told me about my students… for what they taught me about myself.  It is often like lifting the fog and seeing the path to guiding student success and achievement.
